Armopanel™ presents a revolutionary stay-in-place formwork system designed for constructing insulated and/or reinforced concrete walls, heralding a new era in the ICF industry.

Manufacturers of Armopanel™ utilize precise perforating equipment to perforate the rigid polystyrene sheets, facilitating their assembly into the three-dimensional module.

The three-dimensional module of the Armopanel™ formwork can be assembled on-site or ordered from the manufacturer as an assembly kit of Armopanel™ components. These modules are utilized for installing reinforcement and erecting concrete walls in compliance with local building codes.

In addition to plain Armopanel™ panels, builders have access to various other Armopanel™ panels, including corner panels (for building corners), T-panels (for intersections of two walls), and brick ledge panels (for supporting structural members).

The panels are suitable for erecting walls with concrete thickness ranging from 4” to 14”. Special Armopanel™ connecting meshes link adjacent modules, reducing the need for vertical bracing. Moreover, these connecting meshes enable the erection of walls of any height.
